The BI team plays a central role in the Marketing department, covering everything from data governance and regulatory reporting to report automation and the development of companywide analytics tools. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

  • Planning, coordinating, and ensuring delivery of all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of business analytics requirements.

  • Organizing the weekly sprint scope, managing the shared backlog, and reallocating resources according to the roadmap and team's long-term goals.

  • Supporting the business with data visualizations, reports (including B2C regulatory reporting), and in-depth analyses.

  • Leading and supporting analysts in the team, including onboarding, training, and conducting annual performance reviews. Reviewing and improving team processes and best practices on a regular basis.

  • Collaborating with other teams in the BI & Analytics unit to maximize project value and use the unit's resources efficiently.

  • Providing clear technical requirements to IT teams or departments to ensure necessary data is collected and structured for analytics. Advising business and IT teams on data and analytics-related topics.

  • Recommending analytical projects based on business needs, findings, or identified problems.

  • Fostering and spreading knowledge of BI tools and analytics across the organization.

You're good at

  • You have hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.

  • Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate level.

  • Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques.

  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience leading small teams.

  • You're a strategic and proactive thinker who's also results-driven.

  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks.

  • Detail-oriented and thorough in your work and curious by nature, always eager to dive deep into data.

  • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and shows flexibility when priorities shift.

  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
