You will be a key contributor to our DevOps team, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and applying modern security practices to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain GCP-based DevOps solutions tailored to business and engineering needs. Design and manage cloud infrastructure strategies that enable efficient development, testing, and deployment processes on GCP.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support the software development lifecycle.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
Utilise Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources in a repeatable and version-controlled manner.
Work with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/GKE) to deploy and manage our applications and services.
Implement monitoring and observability solutions using tools like Google Cloud Operations Suite (Logging, Monitoring) to ensure the health and performance of our systems.
Help apply cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, network security, and vulnerability management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proposing new practices, GCP features, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices and cloud computing, with a primary focus on Google Cloud Platform.
Solid experience of GCP services across compute, storage, networking, and security domains (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud Armor, Cloud Identity).
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on GCP (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions) and automating workflows with IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager).
Proven track record of applying GitOps principles to manage infrastructure and application deployments in cloud environments.
Practical experience in scripting and automation with Python and Shell scripting for infrastructure and operational tooling.
Experience in containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/GKE), including service mesh (Istio/Anthos) and workload identity integration.
Good understanding of cloud security practices, including IAM role design, key management (KMS), encryption, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with monitoring and observability using Cloud Operations Suite (Logging, Monitoring, Trace, Profiler) and integrations with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Proficiency in version control (Git) and branching strategies in collaborative engineering environments.
A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
A problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn.
Nice to have: GCP Professional certifications (Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer).
What We Offer:

Comprehensive benefits package designed for global team members
Opportunity to be part of a high-growth company redefining financial services
Clear career advancement pathways within a rapidly expanding organization
Collaborative, innovative culture that values initiative and fresh thinking
