Join our Sales team within the Consumer Products Division in Estonia
:

• Develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape and build valuable skills in sales.
• Gather crucial data on beauty market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales results to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Become proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track key performance indicators.
• Present your market analysis and sales reports to key stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful trade campaigns.
• Manage exciting product testing campaigns from start to finish.
• Immerse yourself in the world of beauty and gain in-depth knowledge of our latest beauty innovations.
• You'll be the go-to person for information on new product launches, creating compelling listing cards that highlight key features and benefits to captivate our customers.
• Partner with experienced sales professionals and beauty experts across Estonia.
• Benefit from their mentorship and support as you develop your skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Are a student or recent graduate of marketing, business management, economics, etc.
• Have good analytical skills that allow you to think strategically in a business-oriented manner.
• Believe in the power of networking and have strong communication skills.
• Are creative and naturally think out of the box.
• Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment.
• Have a proactive approach.
• Are fluent in Estonian and English (min. B2);
• Have very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Nice to have driver's license.
