The role:
As an
Agile Project Manager
, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project scope and risks, and align delivery with strategic business goals. By fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and coaching teams in Agile best practices, you will ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Guide the team in adhering to Scrum best practices and Agile principles.
  • Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Collaborate with the development team to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, organized, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage project scope and roadmap ensuring alignment with objectives and business priorities.
  • Monitor project health and key delivery metrics, identifying any risks or issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the technical team, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports, communicating progress, risks, and adjustments clearly.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation.
  • Support the development of the team's Agile maturity through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and process optimization.
  • Conduct retrospectives to drive insights and improvements in team performance and collaboration.
  • Continuously refine workflows and delivery practices to improve efficiency and value delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of working experience in the software industry or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience with Jira.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams to successful project delivery.
  • Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies in diverse environments.
  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based product development is highly desirable.
  • Experience in project management, including managing scope, roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Comprehension with OpenAI technologies or similar AI projects.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, AWS, or Pulumi.
