We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Tallinn Office, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and alignment with our business targets.

Role Summary

As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive the strategic deliveries across our gaming platform, its backend systems and integrations. You'll work closely with software engineers, QA engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Your role will involve defining and managing and creating project documentation, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards. This is an opportunity for someone experienced in their project management career to add valuable experience in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, product and other business teams.

● Maintaining project documentation, including project charts, status reports, and risk registers.

● Understand the architecture of iGaming systems including player account management, wallet services, integrations, and APIs.

Coordination and Communication

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.

● Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.

● Organize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and structuring AI meeting minutes.

Monitoring and Reporting

● Track project performance against timelines using appropriate tools.

● Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.

● Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and communicate them to management and business teams.

● Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and tools relevant to project management.

Qualifications and Skills

● 4+ years of experience in a technical project management role, ideally in the igaming industry or similar transaction and integration heavy.

● Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

● Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday).

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including concise communication and translations of technical updates into understandable business lingo.

● A proactive problem solver who can think fast, adapt fast and learn fast.

Preferred

● Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Foundation).

● Knowledge of online technology platforms or software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Experience in coordinating with remote or distributed teams.

● Igaming industry experience.
