myHolidaysTravel is an innovative travel technology startup poised to revolutionize the tour operator landscape. We are building a cutting-edge, API-first platform to streamline hotel contracting and empower B2B partners with seamless access to a world of travel products. The Role:

As our Co-Founder and CTO, you will be the technical heart and soul of myHolidaysTravel. You will have complete ownership of the technology vision, strategy, and execution, from architecting the platform to building and leading a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on role for a builder who is excited by the prospect of creating a world-class product from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of our core product: a sophisticated hotel contracting module with a rich feature set, including dynamic pricing, a visual calendar for seasonality, and a powerful markup engine.
  • Architect and build a scalable, secure, and reliable API-first platform to serve our B2B partners.
  • Define the complete technology roadmap and make key decisions on architecture and technology stack.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.
  • Work closely with the CEO to align technology with business goals and drive the company's growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, Lead Architect) at a startup or a fast-paced tech company.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of API-first design principles and experience building and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with travel technology, including hotel contracting, GDS, and channel management systems, is a huge plus.
  • Experience with our target technology stack, including technologies like Google Places API, , and OpenAPI/Swagger for documentation.
  • A strategic thinker with a product-oriented mindset and a passion for building user-centric solutions.
  • An inspiring leader with a track record of building and managing successful engineering teams.
  • A true "co-founder" mentality: you are proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
