Now we're
looking for someone bold to own Rendin's entire Estonian business

. Think of it as running your own company within the company. You'll lead our people, drive our growth, and be the public face of Rendin in Estonia. This is not just management. This is business ownership.

Your Mission

  • Run the Market:

You'll have full responsibility for Rendin's success in Estonia — from strategy and P&L to growth and operations.
- Lead the Team:

Build, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and customer support specialists.
- Lead by example:

Roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team - you'll set the standard and the pace by doing.
- Own the Brand:

You are Rendin's voice in Estonia. From media interviews, blog posts, to crisis comms, you'll shape how the market sees us.
- Drive Growth:

Forge partnerships with big landlords, real estate agencies, insurers, and other key players. You'll spot opportunities and turn them into business.

Who You Are

  • A generalist with a
    business owner mindset

— you think in terms of strategy, execution, and results.
- A proven leader who has managed and scaled high-performing teams.
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in
Estonian and English
