YOUR PURPOSE IN ACTION

  • Lead and grow
    Estonian team
  • shaping its talent through training & development and building it together with experienced Nordgain colleagues.
  • Drive clients' projects
    and cases in Estonia, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs.
  • Analyze accounting
    & other business processes
    , setting plan of actions for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure accounting cycle runs smoothly
    , preparing financial and accounting reports, payroll calculation.
  • Seek to stay up to date with
    developments in professional area
    , developing own skills & sharing the knowledge with colleagues.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

  • At least 5 and more years of successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit.
  • Great understanding of Estonian GAAP, taxes and processes (ACCA qualification and / or knowledge of IFRS standards would be an advantage).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, ability to quickly adapt to new accounting software and work with multiple clients.
  • English language working proficiency (oral and written) due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
  • Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
