We're looking for an
Implementation Project Manager
who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll take ownership of client implementation projects — guiding them through every stage of adopting our software. You'll be the trusted partner for clients, helping them get real value out of our solutions, while also working hand-in-hand with our development team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This is not just a coordination role — you'll be the person who makes things happen: translating business needs into technical actions, ensuring deadlines are met, and tackling complex challenges head-on. If you enjoy combining project leadership with client consulting, this position is for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, from planning to delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction during the onboarding and implementation process.
- Respond to client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Provide training and onboarding sessions to help clients use our software confidently.
- Document client requirements, workflows, and implementation progress clearly.
- Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements, track progress, and solve technical challenges.
- Configure and test software solutions according to client needs.
- Identify potential issues during implementation and propose solutions before they escalate.
- Support clients after go-live to ensure smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Handle more complex and customized implementation projects with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with development teams.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Estonian and English (both spoken and written), Finnish language is a plus
- Previous experience in IT or SaaS environments is an advantage.
We provide you the chance to work in an innovative company where you can help clients elevate their business processes to the next level using top-tier platforms and systems. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with an experienced team while working on exciting projects
Why Erply?
The business solutions developed by Erply, manages billions of transactions every year in more than 300,000 stores worldwide, supporting more than 15 different languages. We have been trusted by several retail leaders such as Disney, Victorinox, Decathlon, Elizabeth Arden, Birchbox, Porsche and The Athlete's Foot.
We have a friendly and mutually supportive team, we value each other and understand that everyone is different. Our teams consist of people with an international background who work on challenging and exciting projects every day. There's already over 80 people working in our Estonian offices.
We have many activities outside the office, the most popular of which are, for example, an Enduro and fatbike event, visits to the cinema with +1, in-office ping pong competitions, etc.
In addition, we give our employees the opportunity to grow and develop in the direction where the soul desires - for this we offer the opportunity to take courses worth €300 from Udemy every year, and if necessary, we also support other trainings.
We also value health and well-being, which is why we have a masseur coming in the office every other week, and we also offer sports compensation (€100 per quarter) and tennis training opportunities. If these are not enough, our wonderful coffee is definitely what could invite you to us and give you a new energy charge every day.
