We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team. The position will support our clients across the UK market.

About the role
As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you'll solve various users' requests while optimising our operational procedures. You'll be able to contribute to streamlining our processes, making them more efficient and effective, and ultimately providing the best possible customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Represent Bolt in the UK.
- Resolving customer queries with speed, empathy, and accuracy across our products.
- Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
- Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt's customer support.
About you:
- Proven experience in customer support roles within contact centers (both BPO and in-house environments preferred).
- You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities. You are proactive and do not stop after 20 obstacles a day.
- You can apply an analytical approach to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt.
- You have excellent spoken and written English skills; any other language is a plus.
- You have basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and project management concepts.
- You are available to work shifts and weekends.
