Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Draft and publish job descriptions.

  • Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate database (ATS or spreadsheets).

Onboarding & Adaptation

  • Organize onboarding process for new hires.

  • Provide welcome materials, policies, and guidelines.

  • Ensure smooth integration into the team.

HR Administration
