Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Draft and publish job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database (ATS or spreadsheets).
Onboarding & Adaptation
Organize onboarding process for new hires.
Provide welcome materials, policies, and guidelines.
Ensure smooth integration into the team.
Monitor performance during probation period
HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records and personal files.
Support employment documentation (hiring, transfers, terminations).
Track attendance, absences, and leaves together with the accounting department.
Learning & Development
Identify training and development needs.
Organize internal and external trainings, workshops, and courses.
Develop and maintain knowledge base and training materials.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience on this position in fintech company
- Fluent English and Russian
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude, initiative and openness to change
