How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Support the Chief Information Security Officer in shaping and executing the organization's overall security strategy and vision;
  • Lead daily Chief Information Security Office (CISO) team operations, act as a Team Lead;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and audits, such as, NIST, DORA, EBA and local regulatory bodies;
  • Lead and drive security projects and initiatives to protect the organization's critical assets, including risk assessments, threat intelligence, and incident response;
  • Perform regular risk assessments and develop risk management programs to address security gaps and new threats;
  • Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer, executive team, and department heads to align security strategies with business objectives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or related field;
  • 5–8 years' experience in information security management in regulated environments;
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role;
  • Experience in working in 2nd Line of Defense and/or controlling functions;
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills;
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and regulatory bodies;
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks and regulatory requirements related to Information Security Topics;
  • Excellent communication, independence, and ethical standards;
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level.
