Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tallinn, Estonia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of Operations will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and scalability. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, directing operational strategy, supervising teams, and analyzing processes for continuous improvement. This leadership role is critical for driving organizational success and shaping the operational framework to meet strategic goals.

  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for process optimization and strategic planning
  • Teamwork and Communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in implementing sustainable solutions or familiarity with sustainability-focused frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
