Company Description

RIDE Mobility is a leading provider of micro mobility sharing services, dedicated to ensuring that our customers arrive at their destination on time whilst enjoying the ride. The company is based in Riga, Latvia.

Role Description

The Operational Manager (OM) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and report to the CEO. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tallinn, with flexibility for some remote work. The OM will be responsible for overseeing business planning, operations management, finance, budgeting, and analytics. The OM's main task is to primarily maintain the "RIDE" micro mobility project in Estonia, ensure continuous business flow and manage daily activities. Initially, it will be necessary to treat a team, manage a base (workshop and warehouse), agree with all involved parties, so that micro mobility sharing services can be successfully sustainably operated in Estonia.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in operations management
  • Proven experience in business planning and budgeting
  • Exceptional financial skills with experience in creating and managing budgets
  • Ability to influence, lead, and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Experience with start-up operations is desirable
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technical Science or related field
  • Ability to build a team, lead a team and inspire a team
  • Ability to create a technical base, delegate technical tasks of the base
  • Take responsibility for achieving results
  • The ability to find a solution in a non-standard situation
  • Keep track of income and expense items
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders (customers, marketing, finance, security, accounting, etc.)
  • Ability to manage the company and ensure business processes in the country
  • Ensuring local marketing and business development
  • Experience in the development and management of complex non-standard projects
  • Willingness to develop and improve skills and improve customer experience
  • Ability to manage and monitor multiple activities simultaneously
  • Fluent English and Estonian language skills
