We are seeking a proactive, results-driven
Corporate Services Lawyer / Adviser – Financial & Legal Services
to join our growing team at eBusiness Solutions OÜ.

Responsibilities

  • Sell financial and legal services to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Find new clients and explore growth opportunities
  • Applying for business activity licenses
  • Drafting contracts and corporate documents
  • Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensuring AML compliance for clients

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of corporate law and regulations, AML field
  • Accuracy, reliability, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle information and multitask
  • Bachelor's degree (finance, law, business, or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in Estonian, English and Russian (ALL THREE LANGUAGES ARE COMPULSORY)
