We are seeking a proactive, results-driven
Corporate Services Lawyer / Adviser – Financial & Legal Services
to join our growing team at eBusiness Solutions OÜ.
Responsibilities
- Sell financial and legal services to clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Find new clients and explore growth opportunities
- Applying for business activity licenses
- Drafting contracts and corporate documents
- Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensuring AML compliance for clients
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of corporate law and regulations, AML field
- Accuracy, reliability, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle information and multitask
- Bachelor's degree (finance, law, business, or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in Estonian, English and Russian (ALL THREE LANGUAGES ARE COMPULSORY)
