Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Coordinator located in Tallinn at Toyota Material Handling Baltic. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth service operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience
  • Problem-solving and Time Management skills
  • Experience in a service-oriented industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of materials handling equipment is beneficial
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
