We are seeking a
Service Technician

who
will be responsible for providing technical support, performing equipment installation and commissioning, conducting maintenance and repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of customer systems. The role combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, customer-oriented approach to identify sales opportunities and deliver high-quality service.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure execution of field service and in-house repair that are of high complexity.
• Ensure a high customer satisfaction and to improve service processes steadily.
• Aggregate needed information for field service and in-house repair, to provide a general overview about the area demand and allocation, coordinate field service interventions and in-house repairs with WILO technicians and external suppliers or partners (place orders, track cases) and identify customer contracts to guarantee a high quality field service and in-house repair preparation.
• Enter field service and in-house repair reports, checklists, into the system to assure a high data quality.
• Carry out repairs, commissioning's, and maintenance case in the field and in-house due to the customer requirements.
• Carry out on site quotations wherever possible.
• Carry out and report basic quality analysis on site or in-house.
• Support the co-ordination and scheduling all service business in liaison with the customer and office.
• Carry out the co-ordinate and collection of parts from designated home base/warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training in engineering or mechanics.
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or field service desirable.
• Strong technical understanding enabling effective handling of complex challenges.
• Independent, focused, and goal-oriented working style.
• Physical and mental resilience, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Travel readiness to provide optimal support to customers and systems.
