Omniva is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal team in Tallinn or in Riga.

At the heart of our business growth at Omniva is our Risk and Legal team that is bold, strategic, and deeply trusted. We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Team in Tallinn or in Riga.

As our Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in shaping the legal backbone of our most critical corporate decisions. You will be the go-to expert for navigating complex legal frameworks, and translating legal insight into business impact. This is a chance to work closely with senior leadership, influence high-level strategy, and grow within a dynamic, international environment.

The role is located in Tallinn, Estonia or in Riga, Latvia.
What You Will Be Doing

• Providing strategic legal advice on corporate matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international corporate laws and regulations.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.

Key Qualifications We Are Looking For
Must have:

• Master's degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on transactions.
• Fluent in Estonian or Latvian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Would be a great plus:

• Experience working in an international or cross-border legal environment.
• Familiarity with EU corporate regulations and compliance standards.
• Prior experience on M&A transactions.
• Prior in-house legal experience is a plus.
