We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Corporate Finance to join Omniva's Finance and Compliance unit. This is a key leadership role that will shape our financial strategy, support international expansion, and ensure the financial strength and transparency of the Omniva Group.You will work closely with the CFO, Executive Team, and Supervisory Board to drive value creation, optimise capital structure, and support sustainable growth across our regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Finance & Capital Structure: Develop and implement strategies to support profitability and long-term growth.
  • Financial Planning & Performance: Support long-term planning, forecasting, and service-level profitability analysis.
  • Treasury & Liquidity: Oversee cash management, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Expansion: supporting expansion activities from financial side, including M&A, modeling. structured financing etc
  • Risk Management: Strengthen financial risk frameworks and ensure compliance.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CFA/CPA is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Proven track record in M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions.
  • Experience with international expansion is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate finance into business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including with banks, investors, and government.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
