People Hunt is hiring on behalf of our iGaming client - an ambitious and fast-growing company operating across multiple international entities. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, maintain clear visibility across accounts, and help drive strategic decisions with accurate, up-to-date reporting.
This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building structure, and understands the balance between operational precision and strategic insight.
Your ResponsibilitiesDaily:
Monitor payments across crypto wallet and operational accounts.
Process invoices, ad hoc payments, and reimbursements.
Maintain and update the Cash Flow Sheet.
Control spending limits across contractors, rent, and subscriptions.
Update the P&L dashboard to reflect daily activity.
Monthly:
Prepare and send invoices to clients, partners, and contractors.
Manage payroll, taxes, and royalty payments.
Handle monthly financial closing (income, expenses, balances, forecasts).
Deliver monthly reports on burn rate, profitability, and budget planning (salaries, licenses, events, marketing).
Quarterly:
Analyze results versus forecasts and update budgets accordingly.
Prepare ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
Support quarterly financial reviews and performance analysis.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Accountant with strong accounting and reporting skills.
Experience working with multiple legal entities or international jurisdictions.
Solid knowledge of financial systems, online banking, payment platforms, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
Hands-on experience setting up or optimizing accounting and reporting systems.
Ability to work independently and manage dynamic financial requests.
Nice to Have:
Experience in iGaming, casino, or sportsbook operations.
Familiarity with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) or audits.
Understanding of compliance and finance processes in fast-moving startups.
ACCA or equivalent financial certification.
