Be part of our dynamic business team executing product development and process improvement duties related to digital platforms and services in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. This includes working with internet bank platform, mobile apps, login functionalities, signing services, digital signatures and seals, authentication methods, notification services, ePrivacy, and Accessibility.
Lead business initiatives and manage projects: collaborate with business and IT representatives, execute stakeholder management, understand business strategies and needs, perform business analysis, and consolidate business requirements.
Coordinate launches of new solutions and changes to existing ones: create and amend business processes, internal documentation, communication, conduct business and user acceptance testing, ensure quality assurance, gather feedback, and administer bug fixes.
Handle administrative processes. This includes risk reviews, procurement, vendor relationships, contract management, audit handling, security-related processes, new procedure creation, procedure updates, providing communication and training for the front-line colleagues.
Experience with product development or maintenance in the fields of finance, payments, e-commerce or telecommunications.
Understanding of IT development and maintenance processes, as well as UX and UI principles.
Strong ability to work with EU, national legal acts, and technical standards such as PSD2, PSD3, PSR, eIDAS, Outsourcing, GDPR, ePrivacy, and Accessibility.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or relevant experience that can fully substitute for formal education.
Strong project management skills including storytelling, presentation, and argumentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Mix of strategic and detail thinking. Ability to see a big picture, identify the long-term impacts, and dive into specifics.
Mix of analytical and creative thinking: Proficiency in analysing new complex situations, identifying resolution patterns. Ability to combine analytical rigor with creative approaches to problem-solving.
Readiness to work with complex processes.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Estonian.
