PragmatiqAI is looking for an ambitious, results-driven B2B Sales Manager to help Estonian companies leverage the potential of artificial intelligence through high-quality training, strategy sessions, and consulting.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key driver in growing our B2B client base. Your daily activities will include:

  • Finding new potential clients (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Presenting PragmatiqAI trainings and strategic solutions
  • Scheduling meetings and calls while understanding client needs
  • Building relationships and managing sales opportunities from first contact to deal closure
  • Preparing proposals based on our materials and coordinating next steps
  • Actively managing the sales pipeline and maintaining clear communication
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships even after project completion
  • You'll have access to strong tools, a clear sales process, and high-quality materials that support your success.

  • Proactive, independent, and committed to achieving results
  • Interested in AI, digitalization, and how technology helps companies grow
  • Strong at relationship-building and starting conversations
  • Well-organized and ready to work with CRM-based processes
  • Fluent in Estonian; English or Russian is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales, technology, consulting, or training solutions is an advantage but not a requirement — what matters most is your learning ability and mindset.
