Our client is a growing international provider of B2B financial infrastructure services. The company helps digital businesses around the world structure and scale operations by offering access to banking, payments, company formation, and licensing services across multiple jurisdictions. Their solutions span across business account setup, multicurrency IBANs, SEPA/SWIFT transactions, corporate consulting, and crypto-friendly financial services.
With strong market presence in the CIS region and ambitious plans for global expansion, the company is actively strengthening its sales and business development team.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your focus will be on initial outreach and lead qualification across fintech, crypto, and digital business clients, helping build a healthy pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to assess fit
- Maintain up-to-date lead data and activity in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on outreach strategy and ICP
- Book qualified meetings and support early stages of the sales process
- Research target industries and personalize outreach
- Meet KPIs for outreach volume, qualification rate, and booked meetings
Requirements- 1–2 years in a B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation role
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Understanding of fintech or strong motivation to learn
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach
