Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at the forefront of a new category:

.
This isn't a typical SDR role. You won't be just booking meetings with anyone. You will be a strategic market analyst, using the platform itself to identify and engage with Europe's most successful companies. Your primary mission is to initiate strategic conversations with Sales Directors, VPs, and CEOs by offering them a complimentary, high-value "Tender Intelligence Briefing"—a personalized analysis generated by our AI.
You will be the first, crucial point of contact for our future customers, acting as a consultant and an evangelist for a new, smarter way of winning. You will work directly with the founders to shape our sales playbook and become a key player in our early growth story.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B Sales Acumen:
You have 2+ years of experience in an SDR or inside sales role, preferably in SaaS or a technology-related field. You don't just hit your targets; you understand the "why" behind your sales process. - Strategic Mindset:
You are not a script-reader. You are a curious, intelligent professional who can analyze a business and understand its needs. You think like a consultant. - Exceptional Communication Skills:
You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and can craft clear, compelling, and personalized messages. Additional European languages (German, French, Polish) are a massive advantage. - Frustration with the Status Quo:
You inherently believe there has to be a smarter way to work than manual, repetitive tasks. You are excited by the power of data and AI to solve real-world problems. - Autonomous & Driven:
You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. You are hungry to learn, grow, and have a direct impact on a company's success. - Experience with CRM software and modern sales tools is expected.
