Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Tallinn, Estonia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Representative will participate in sales meetings, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to sales strategy development.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
B2B sales experience is a strong advantage and highly valued - A passion for continuous improvement and professional growth in sales
- Ability to present products and solutions effectively
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Fluency in Estonian and English, y
ou're comfortable switching between languages with ease - Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, IT, or related field
- Experience in the retail technology sector is a plus
- B category driver license
