Ingenium Baltic is an engineering and EPC contractor specializing in solutions for the Oil & Gas industry, with a primary focus on subsea equipment and marine operations.
With a strong track record of notable projects for leading installation contractors, we deliver a comprehensive range of services from engineering to technical animation.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer, whose main responsibilities include expanding our client base, identifying new project opportunities, and representing Ingenium at industry exhibitions and meetings when required. The ideal candidate combines solid technical understanding with strong communication, sales, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of an effective sales strategy, adapted to company goals and market specifics.
- Identify and engage potential clients and suitable projects within the offshore, subsea, and industrial sectors.
- Work closely with the engineering team to align client needs with technical capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals together with the engineering team.
- Represent Ingenium at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when/if required.
Requirements:
- Background in engineering (subsea, marine, or related fields preferred).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools
