We're looking for a
Group FP&A Senior Manager
to play a pivotal role in shaping Bolt's strategic and financial direction. In this highly visible position, you will lead the company's most critical planning cycles, drive meaningful financial insights, and partner closely with senior leadership across all business lines. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy blending strategic thinking with hands-on financial leadership, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact at a global scale.
About Us
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission
About The Role
As the Group FP&A Senior Manager, you will design and lead Bolt's full Group planning framework — including the annual budget, quarterly re-forecast, and long-range planning cycles. You will ensure timely submissions, accurate group-level consolidation, and alignment with Bolt's broader strategic objectives.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior executives, providing clear, data-driven insights that guide decision-making and long-term planning. You will collaborate closely with business unit finance teams, ensure consistency in financial targets, and elevate the quality of management reporting through high-impact analyses, dashboards, and presentations.
This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role with visibility across Bolt's entire portfolio of business lines. Your work will directly influence the company's strategic direction, operational performance, and financial discipline.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Design and lead Group planning cycles (annual budget, quarterly re-forecast, 5-year plan), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving improvements through automation and tooling.
- Lead the group-level financial consolidation of budgets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across business units.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership, BU finance, and cross-functional teams to align financial targets and priorities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management by delivering high-quality financial insights, presentations, and reports for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while coaching FP&A colleagues on tools and group standards.
About you:
- You bring 7–10 years of FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance experience, ideally in multi-market or high-growth tech environments.
- You have proven expertise leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles with senior stakeholders.
- You demonstrate experience in cash flow budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment scenario modelling.
- You possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with dynamic modelling, scenario analysis, and automation capabilities.
- You bring exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and model accuracy.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying
Why you'll love it here:
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
- Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
- Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
- Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
- Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
