Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Partner Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Active acquisition of new Partners
- Building and maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with Partners and analyzing the needs of Partners and their customers
- Implementation of assumed sales plans, in line with the company's strategy
- Management of the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts
- Preparation and delivery of presentations and offers
- Active creation of interest in technological solutions and analysis of market trends
- Working with internal recourses to deliver the sales plan
Our Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling comprehensive IT solutions to business clients
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and sales processes
- Ease to establish relationships and communication skills
- Fluency in Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian and English at minimum B2 level
