  • Collaborate with wide range of stakeholders in all Baltic states;
  • Lead initiatives, take accountability and drive sales;
  • Take ownership of creating and executing offering projects for all Baltic corporate customers;
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing among all related parties;
  • Be involved in Baltic and local level projects to support efficiency trough automatization.

What is needed in this role:

  • Strong analytical thinking with market awareness and customer focus;
  • Proactivity fueled by curiosity toward technology, customer needs and sales;
  • Project, process and stakeholder management skills preferably with experience in project management role in finance or technology sector;
  • Knowledge about customer lifecycle and product offering;
  • Strategic mindset combined with good networking skills;
  • University degree;
  • Fluent in Estonian and English - both written and spoken;
  • Advanced skills in Excel, any other data related tool in an advantage.
