Sales Manager (Remote)

Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first international company serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), executives, and top-tier businesses through a premium concierge and travel solution. Their platform is used directly by end clients as well as integrated into partner applications worldwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their fully remote team. Candidates from all regions are welcome.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWI clients.

  • Conduct both cold and warm outreach to generate and nurture leads.

  • Create and maintain detailed client profiles and databases.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new leads effectively.

  • Manage the B2C sales process with professionalism and precision.

  • Keep CRM systems updated and organized.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and activity.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within premium or high-end segments.

  • Proven ability to work with top management and high-end clientele.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; quick thinker with a client-focused approach.

  • Fluent Russian & English (C1+).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
