Their team is looking for a
SALES TEAM MANAGER
.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the hotel's sales, marketing, and reservation activities for all products and services (accommodation, Food & Beverages, conferences).
- Managing your client portfolio and actively seeking new clients.
- Developing client relationships, actively participating in sales meetings and events.
- Analyzing sales statistics and market data and sharing information with the CEO and Sokotel management.
- Supporting and developing your team.
Expectations for the ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in team management and active sales work with prevous knowledge of the hotel market, aviation or travel sector.
- Interest and willingness to contribute to marketing activities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proactivity, results orientation, and hands-on attitude.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with numerical data and see the big picture.
- Very good Estonian and English language skills; Finnish is an advantage.
