We develop proprietary products and offer consulting and software development services globally.

We're expanding our sales team and searching for a
top-performing, resourceful Sales Manager
who thrives on challenges, builds long-term client relationships, and consistently goes the extra mile. If you're passionate about closing high-value deals and making a measurable impact – we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, accounting
  • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Сollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop customised proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activities within the CRM system
  • Engage on social networks to share insights and generate demand

Requirements
You must have:

  • B2+ level spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of proven IT services sales experience
  • Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented mindset
  • Track record of successful deals and a result-driven approach
  • Cross-cultural communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Additional language skills (German, Arabic, or others)
  • Procurement experience
