Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia Inbank Full time

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of over 6,000 retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are.

With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

As Inbank continues to grow and expand across markets, we are looking for a highly accurate and knowledgeable Group IFRS & Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.

This role sits at the heart of the Group's financial reporting and offers the opportunity to own and shape IFRS reporting at the Group level, while working closely with colleagues across Finance, Risk, Legal, Product & Technology. You'll be part of a fast-moving, international fintech environment where high-quality reporting, strong judgement, and continuous improvement truly matter — and where your expertise will have a visible impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for Inbank Group IFRS reporting, including the preparation of annual reports and quarterly financial statements, ensuring full compliance with IFRS requirements.
  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Group accounting manuals, internal guidelines, and the Group reporting package, ensuring clarity and consistency across all entities.
  • Ensuring the consistent application of IFRS across the Group, including oversight of accounting policies and interpretations.
  • Performing IFRS analysis for complex transactions, new products, and non-routine business events, and documenting conclusions in a clear, practical way.
  • Supporting product accounting, including assessing the accounting impact of new or evolving products.
  • Acting as a key contact for external auditors, preparing accounting memos and supporting audit processes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, Product & Technology to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information.

Ideally, you would have:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in auditing, IFRS reporting, financial reporting, or technical accounting (experience in banking or financial services is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on IFRS knowledge and confidence in applying standards in practice.
  • Ability to analyse complex topics and clearly document accounting positions.
  • Experience in project-based work or leading accounting-related initiatives.
  • Experience with Group reporting, consolidation, or reporting packages is an advantage.
  • A structured, analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with Business Central or consolidation tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in a scaling organisation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian.

We are also open to part-time working arrangements (e.g. 4 days per week).

If this role excites you, but you don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives and believe that great people grow into great roles.

Why you'll enjoy working here?

We believe great work deserves great rewards. That's why we offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You'll enjoy sports compensation or additional health insurance, plus extra vacation days after your third year with us. To recognise long-term impact and strong performance, we offer a 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank.

Beyond the benefits, you'll step into an inspiring, challenging environment where you can grow professionally, work in a hybrid and autonomous setup, and collaborate with talented teammates internationally. Add in regular team events and a variety of extra perks, and you'll find that Inbank isn't just a workplace—it's a place to thrive.

If you are motivated by building strong teams and connecting people with meaningful opportunities, you'll find plenty of room to grow and make an impact at Inbank.
