NET Developer

We have a contractual opportunity open for a .Net Developer (.Net core & Azure Devops). This resource will be working Remotely as per Central European Time zone (Vienna, Austria).

Contract Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
- 1. Contribute to the tracking and reporting times and efforts invested by clients and key stakeholders via the goSupport (JIRA).
- 2. Work closely with developers to support .Net development task as required (printing plugin conversion and updates).
- 3. Supports the creation of user and project technical documentation (Release Notes, end-user manual updates, installation notes)
- 4. Conduct usability testing throughout the design process to identify areas for improvement and ensure designs meet user needs.
- 5. Participate in on-line meetings and training sessions as required.
- 6. Actively maintaining the NDS website up to date with relevant information and documentation.
- 7. Support the Product Manager and System Implementation Engineer in solid working relationships with the clients and key stakeholders.
Experience:
- 1. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer information systems or related areas.
- 2. Experience in the following programming languages is required: current versions
- of .Net Core, .NET Framework, Oracle, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap,
- JavaScript, Visual Studio, Web APIs, JSON, Angular (12+)
- 3. Experience in UI testing for desktop and web applications.
- 4. Experience developing and deploying Web API is highly desirable.
- 5. Ability to quickly translate and navigate through new code from different
- development styles.
- 6. Ability to take ownership of specific tasks and follow the project team's direction through to completion with minimal supervision.
- 7. High quality and demonstrable communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) are required.
- 8. Knowledge on Atlassian products is highly desirable (Jira, Confluence).
- 9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for gender and diversity.
- 10. Experience with code versioning and issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps)
- 11. Experience working leading agile cross-functional team (team-based mentality)
- 12. Helping other teammates strengthen their skill sets and work together to get the best end results to support business and technology needs.
- 13. Excellent documentation (writing and diagramming), interpersonal, and communication skills.
- 14. High degree of client orientation is required.
