Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, based in Tallinn with the flexibility for some remote work. If you are passionate about overseeing the company's financial health through detailed analysis, reporting, and forecasting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of financial results
  • Reporting of company KPIs
  • Monthly financial results reporting
  • Preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Supporting strategic processes
  • Creating ad-hoc reports and analyses for CFO

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working in a multinational or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of risk management and internal controls
  • Understanding of cash flow management, cost control, and working capital optimization
  • Understanding of tax regulations, internal controls, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial automation tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel
