Group Financial Controller to join our Finance team.
Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management across our production sites in Finland and Germany. This is a key role supporting our scale-up and long-term growth.
How you can help us on the journey:
- Lead group budgeting and forecasting, working closely with unit heads.
- Drive long-term financial planning aligned with the company's strategy.
- Prepare monthly management reporting, providing insights and improvement recommendations to top management.
- Build and maintain financial analysis and KPI reporting (Power BI / Excel), tracking performance on a weekly basis.
- Support fundraising activities (equity, grants, debt) with financial models and analysis.
- Partner with operations, technology, and sales to support decisions related to factory scale-up, technology development, and growth.
Requirements
Are you the one we are looking for?
- Great attitude and the curiosity to learn and improve. This is by far the most important characteristic we look for.
- Strong experience in group controlling, FP&A, or similar senior finance roles.
- Ability to work across multiple countries and production environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on, business-oriented mindset.
