Group Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management across our production sites in Finland and Germany. This is a key role supporting our scale-up and long-term growth.

How you can help us on the journey:

  • Lead group budgeting and forecasting, working closely with unit heads.
  • Drive long-term financial planning aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, providing insights and improvement recommendations to top management.
  • Build and maintain financial analysis and KPI reporting (Power BI / Excel), tracking performance on a weekly basis.
  • Support fundraising activities (equity, grants, debt) with financial models and analysis.
  • Partner with operations, technology, and sales to support decisions related to factory scale-up, technology development, and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in group controlling, FP&A, or similar senior finance roles.
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and production environments.
