GET READY TO:

  • Work closely with category managers, marketing teams, suppliers, and customer service representatives
  • Prepare campaign requests and generate sales performance reports
  • Manage and maintain data files
  • Create campaigns in the system and monitor campaign rotation
  • Take charge of the technical aspects of product documentation
  • Maintain and update product information in Navision and PIM systems, including creating new product cards and verifying supplier-submitted data

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an assistant or support role
  • A high level of independence and strong self-discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Fluent Estonian (spoken and written)
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong teamwork abilities, along with speed and accuracy in task execution
  • A conscientious, results-oriented approach to work
  • Higher education or ongoing studies in economics or a related field (considered an advantage)
