PAM Lead – Privileged Access Management (5 to 8 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on PAM Lead to manage and enhance our Privileged Access Management infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement secure access controls, ensure compliance, and support the day-to-day operations of PAM tools in a hybrid cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.

Integrate PAM solutions with Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python.

Monitor privileged access activities and respond to security incidents.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, SWIFT, and other regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to manage access policies.

Maintain technical documentation and support Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of experience in IT security or identity and access management.

Hands-on experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea).

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms.

Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python.

Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, PCI, SWIFT, or DORA.

Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
