Position Details

This is a
full-time, hybrid
role for a
Team Lead Developer
at our offices in
Tallinn
, next to
Ülemiste City
.

What we are looking for:


7+ years of experience
in software development, with
leadership experience
in a technical team

Strong expertise in
Back-End Web Development and high-throughput applications

Excellence in
development best practices
and software architecture

Proven
leadership and team management skills
in a technical environment


Self-discipline
, a proactive work approach, and the ability to
guide and mentor others


Excellent English communication skills

Extra Points for:

Familiarity with
AWS
and cloud service management

Understanding of
serverless Laravel app lifecycle

Interest or experience in
supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or customs

Ability to
manage multiple projects
and make critical technical decisions
