Partnerships & Business Development Manager
to join our team and help grow FleetGuru’s partner network and business opportunities across
Europe

At FleetGuru, we are building software that helps organizations manage their fleets more intelligently, efficiently, and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with partners, resellers, and business clients across Europe.
- Identifying and driving new business opportunities in different European markets.
- Supporting and activating partners so they can successfully introduce FleetGuru to their customers.
- Presenting the value of our fleet management solution and showing how it can save time, money, and effort.
- Working closely with our internal team to grow market presence and achieve commercial goals.
- Sharing market feedback, customer insights, and partner input to help improve our product, sales approach, and services.
- Contributing to the development of our product by bringing in real-world feedback from the market. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or channel development .
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Confidence in working independently and developing opportunities from first contact to ongoing cooperation.
- Experience in international business or European markets is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of fleet management, automotive, mobility, leasing, or software sales is a bonus.
