Your responsibilities

Leading and coordinating the daily work of Accounts Payable Payments team.Monitoring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable payment transactions. Overseeing analysis of accounts and highlighting discrepancies/anomalies for correction. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.Identifying, recommending and assisting in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.Along with the Accounts Payable Manager leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance and reporting for Accounts Payable.Overseeing a portion of the month end closing process for the Accounts Payable area.Providing regular coaching and training to the team.Living Hitachi Energy Leadership Pillars as a leader which means live our vision, work together, deliver promises and develop people.
Your background

Higher education in Finance or other relevant fieldPrevious experience in Accounting or Finance (preferably in Finance Common Shared Services)Experience in leading or coordinating a teamProject management skills focused on improvementsAbility to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trustAbility to engage and motivate team membersProficiency in EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skills
