Job Title: Digital Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Operations Manager to join our team in driving the digital strategy and transformation for a leading beverage company.

This is a critical role that will require you to have strong technical skills, business acumen, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the implementation and launch of campaigns and promotions, ensuring consumer experiences are executed effectively across multiple markets.
  2. Operate and manage digital platforms (website, mobile application, CRM) including content localization and platform management on a local market level.
  3. Manage and maintain digital assets (websites, apps, etc.) to ensure up-to-date content and necessary legal documents.
  4. Create landing pages and article pages in the CMS.
  5. Prepare QR codes for all relevant POS materials and monitor results.
  6. Lead and execute CRM builds, approvals, and launches.
  7. Be hands-on with local digital platforms, report bugs, and perform live fixes.
  8. Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns to central and category teams.
  9. Perform platforms tagging for in-depth report results of each campaign.
  10. Prepare UATs for all promos and campaigns and align with Digital Managers on fixes prior launch.
  11. Launch campaigns in agreement with Digital Managers and ensure technical elements are set up correctly within any promotions or campaigns.
  12. Collaborate with the data team to provide information needed to complete technical promos.
  13. Build relationships with stakeholders such as IT, Digital Managers, Platform Consultants, and Digital Delivery Managers.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working with CMS systems, with a wealth of knowledge in effectively managing the implementation of content.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and adept at collaborating in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
  • Experience extends to mobile app management, where you've successfully contributed to optimising user experiences.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns, specifically handling loyalty campaigns and setting up CRM campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to effective collaboration within diverse teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated throughout your career.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and well-versed in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
