We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Piraeus, Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, social media, and video calls.
- Guide customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and other related issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience and gather feedback for process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Fluency in Estonian, Russian, and English (spoken & written).
- 21 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
