Finnish Language Customer Support Role in Portugal

We are seeking a Finnish-speaking customer support specialist to join our team based in Portugal. As a remote opportunity, you will be working from the comfort of your home and supporting customers of global tech brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving order-related issues such as tracking, returns, and payments
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Handling sensitive data responsibly and securely
  • Escalating complex cases using internal tools and procedures

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Native-level Finnish language skills and strong English (C1)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
