We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main responsibilities

  • Being part of aircraft maintenance planning processes
  • Documentation preparation for aircraft maintenance
  • Controlling and checking completed maintenance documentation
  • Updating maintenance systems
  • Collecting necessary statistical data about maintenance manpower
  • Preparing necessary reports 
  • Scanning and filing maintenance records

Main Requirements

  • You feel that working with documents could be something for you 
  • You have at least secondary education
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills, both written and verbal. Russian language skills are a plus 
  • Great computer skills (MS Office, Outlook). 
  • Work experience using the AMOS program is an advantage
  • Punctuality and readiness for teamwork
  • Great communication skills
