In this role, as a
SaaS support specialist,
you'll be the key link between our clients and development team - helping customers set up their environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything works smoothly. It's a mix of technical support, testing, and light implementation/project coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technology and teamwork.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Be the first line of contact for our clients, through phone, email, ticketing system and understand their issues to guide them toward solutions;
  • Set up new customer environments and ensure everything works as expected;
  • Reproduce, analyze, and document issues that customers report;
  • Test new or existing product features to verify functionality and identify bugs;
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate technical findings;
  • Share insights and suggestions that help improve our product and support experience.

What helps you succeed:

  • Experience and/or interest in SaaS products, testing, or implementation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Solid communication and coordination skills;
  • Curiosity to explore how things work and confidence to test and experiment;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple explanations for clients and if needed vice-versa;
  • Good Estonian and English skills (both written and spoken).
