English-Speaking Travel Consultant for Night Shift

Full-time | Based in Tallinn, Estonia

Base Salary + Attractive Monthly Incentive (No Cap)

What You'll Do

  • Sell with purpose: inspire travelers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect voyage
  • Engage, don't push: no cold calls here; our guests already want to travel with us
  • Deliver exceptional service: create a seamless, personalized experience that makes every guest feel valued at every stage of their journey

What You Get

  • Night shifts only: schedules are from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
  • 3 to 4 consecutive days off between the 4 to 5-night shifts
  • Base salary € % in addition for working night hours
  • Uncapped monthly bonuses(You decide how high your paycheck goes)
