Sustainability Consultant

You will be responsible for delivering sustainability projects in collaboration with project managers, team lead, and clients, prepare proposals, and solve methodological puzzles. We look forward to you helping us grow as a company to a new level, and our values will be your values too - explorative, transparent, uplifting and diverse.

This position is open either in Tallinn or Tartu.

You will:

  • Participate in sustainability consultation projects in private and public sector according to your own competences and interest areas;
  • Work with business development in the sustainability area, incl. contributing to service offering development, preparation of sales proposal and establishment/initiation of client relations;
  • Understand the needs of clients and translate these into compelling solutions and sales proposals.

Requirements:

  • A previous experience of at least 2 years in consultancy or environmental sustainability;
  • Experience in some of the following terms: Carbon footprint analysis, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), ESG, EU regulatory framework for sustainability, Sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD), Circular economy, Green innovation, Sustainable business models, and Green product and service design;
  • Relevant university degree is an advantage;
  • Analytical and good modelling skills;
  • Ability to analyse production processes;
  • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English language;
  • Willingness to participate in projects is essential.

Salary:

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1800 EUR gross/month to 2500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
