Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Bolt's investor relations strategy and plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and industry events.
- Define and evolve external KPIs and messaging; prepare materials for Board meetings, earnings releases, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze performance relative to peers and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure consistency in external messaging.
- Advise leadership on investor sentiment and capital market developments.
About you:
- Proven experience in Investor Relations, Sell-side Research or relevant Finance and Capital Markets roles.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing teams and complex, time-critical processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and skilled at simplifying complex information into clear narratives.
