About The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Legal Counsel
to join our
Risk and Legal team
in
Tallinn
.

As a key member of our legal function, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping the legal foundation of Omniva's corporate strategy
. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that our business decisions are both bold and compliant, while helping guide the company through complex legal and regulatory landscapes.

This is a unique opportunity to influence high-level strategy, support cross-border operations, and grow within a dynamic, international environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions
• Advise senior leaders on the legal implications of strategic and operational decisions
• Ensure compliance with local and international corporate laws and regulations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Collaborate with external counsel and cross-functional teams when necessary

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on transactions
• Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments

Nice to have

• Experience in an international or cross-border legal environment
• Familiarity with EU corporate regulations and compliance standards
• Prior experience in M&A transactions
• In-house legal experience in a corporate setting
